Ever visited a destination with no idea what to expect? Well, that was certainly the case on my most recent trip to Kansas City, Missouri. This wasn’t a destination that I’d heard much about, especially in regards to tourism. However, I’ve learned that most underrated places can take you by surprise. Visiting Kansas City felt like stumbling upon a hidden gem of great food, culture, shopping, music, and history.
